Matan Premier Kindergarten ("Matan", "we", "us") operates a kindergarten in Kiamumbi, Quito Street, QS 54, and this website (matanpremierschools.com). This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the site, in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

We collect information you choose to give us, mainly through the contact form on our Contact page:

• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• The message you send us

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics software on this website, and we do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children through the site itself.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you submit only to:

• Respond to your enquiry about admissions, visits or general questions
• Follow up regarding your child's enrolment, if applicable
• Keep an internal record of enquiries so our team can track and respond to them

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to third parties, and we do not use it for marketing without your separate consent.

4. Where your information is stored

Enquiry messages submitted through our contact form are stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database provider. Access to this data is restricted to authorised Matan staff who sign in through a protected admin login. Our website is also built with Google Fonts and Font Awesome, which load font and icon files from their own servers when you visit the site.

5. Photos and videos of children

Photos and videos shown in our Gallery and on other pages of this site are used only with the prior written consent of the parent or guardian of any child pictured. If you are a parent or guardian and would like an image of your child removed, or you did not provide consent for an image currently on this site, please contact us using the details below and we will act promptly.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain our admissions records, after which they may be archived or deleted. You can ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time.

7. Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to request that it be corrected or deleted, and to withdraw any consent you have given (for example, consent to use a photo). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
